Dhakafix reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or failure to complete verification.

• Users may also request to close their account at any time.
• You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure (provided no terms have been violated).
• Inactive accounts (unused for 12 months) may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50.
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened under any circumstances.
